Is AviUltra provably fair?
Yes. The server publishes a SHA-256 hash of the round's server seed before betting opens, then reveals the seed after the crash. Anyone can recompute the crash point from the revealed seed. We built an in-browser verifier so you can do the check yourself: /provably-fair.
What is the Ultra max-bet rule?
Your max bet is the greater of $100 or 10% of your balance, recalculated on every bet. Win a big round and the ceiling rises immediately on the next one. Lose and it tightens. Same rule for everyone.
Is there a welcome bonus?
Yes. Your first deposit of $100 or more gets a 100% match, capped at $500. The bonus has a 5x wagering requirement before it becomes withdrawable. Your real balance is spent first; the bonus is used only after that.
How do referrals work?
You earn a percentage of the net gaming revenue every player you refer generates. Base rate is 20%, rising to 30% once you have 50 active referrals and 50% at 200. Paid every Monday in crypto. No caps, no expiry.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
Deposits and withdrawals are in crypto. Your wallet balance is denominated in USD so the number stays readable while the market moves. The USD amount at deposit is fixed at the exchange rate we show when you request the address.
How long does a deposit take to arrive?
Crypto deposits are credited once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. That is usually a few minutes for most coins. If it has been more than 30 minutes and the transaction is confirmed on-chain, open a support ticket with the transaction hash and we will look at it.
What is the minimum bet?
$1 per bet in real-money mode. Free-play demo mode starts you with 50,000 play chips and has no minimum.
What is the maximum win per round?
The multiplier caps at 50x. Combined with the Ultra max-bet rule, that means the largest single-round win is 50 times your current max bet.
Can I try the game without an account?
Yes. Open /play/aviultra/fun to play with 50,000 play chips. No sign-up, no crypto, no risk. You cannot win or lose real money in demo mode.
Why is real-money play blocked in my country?
Some countries have laws that prevent us from serving real-money crypto gambling there. If you are in one of them, you can still play the free demo. If you think you are being blocked in error, contact support with your country and we will double-check.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in page. We email a reset link that is valid for one hour. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you signed up with that exact address.
Which cryptocurrencies do you support?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and USDT on Tron and Ethereum. Same list for deposits and withdrawals. More coins may be added over time; the cashier always shows the current list.
